What if I drop my electric toothbrush? 
Our Electric Toothbrush is water-resistant however, it is not drop-resistant! It is at your own risk if you sink your electric toothbrush. If you follow the instructions received in your Fortune X box you should be good. However, we do recommend you storing your electric toothbrush above a surface that would make any potential "drop" as minimal as possible should the suction fail. Please reach out to us at to troubleshoot issues that have started following the electric toothbrush being dropped & let us know how the drop happened so we can get a deeper understanding of the sorts of conditions!


What if I lose my electric toothbrush?

How should I keep a proper Oral Hygiene?
It is critical to keep a great oral hygiene!! Follow the steps below:
Proper Oral Hygiene
Take your toothbrush, wet the bristles and add your pea sized toothpaste. Then, position the bristles along the gum line at a 45° angle. 
(Make sure the bristles are touching both teeth and gums)
Gently move back and forth, in short strokes along your teeth and gums.
(Don't brush too hard because it can lead to bleeding gums)
This is the most important part...BRUSH THAT FILTHY TONGUE!!!! We don't know what your mouth has been going through and we want to prevent that dragon breath.
Consistent routine
• Brush before and after sleeping!
• Brush between meals when possible!
• Floss at least once a day!
